Unforseen Difficulties...

Well, so today I was going to visit my volunteership, but we all learned a horrible truth: This day, that branch of Equality California was cut because of funding, and we are now volunteershipless.  I'd like to mention we gained two hours before it was abolished because we met them a couple days before.  Our wonderful mentor has decided to help us though, and is contacting her friends and possibly finding us another volunteership.

Volunteership Progress

So far, I have actually made quite a bit of progress in obtaining my volunteership.  Naomi, Gustavo and I have all been contacted by Equality California, and we will be meeting them this Friday to finalize the deal.  I am very excited to learn what I will be doing to them, and am looking forward to starting my first volunteership experience.
